House prices in the area have fallen by just 3.6% compared to a UK average of 11.5%, proving Fareham is a desirable place to live.
Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Conservative Councillor Seán Woodward said: "Fareham has weathered the property market storm. This is great news for the town and the local community, proving that Fareham is a popular place to live and work in Hampshire."
Sandringham Park is situated in Gudge Heath Lane, Fareham, and Grosvenor Place is in Portchester Road, Fareham. In both of these developments 45 properties are dedicated to affordable housing which include the shared ownership and shared equity homes schemes.
