I am a Chartered Accountant who has lived in Hill Head for over 35 years.

My family and I were so concerned about the gradual loss of open space and the destruction of the natural environment that I successfully stood as a Borough Councillor in 1999, 2002, 2004 and 2008.

I am particularly concerned about the effect that the development of the Daedalus site will have on the local infrastructure not least on the overcrowded roads in Stubbington and Hill Head. I successfully stood as County Councillor in 2001, 2005 and 2009 and for 2009/10 was Chairman of Hampshire County Council.

I am contactable via the telephone, e-mail, post and the monthly "surgery" (second Saturday each month at 10am to noon) at the Crofton Community Association.

I do my best for my area and call on as many residents as I can during the year.
